Christophe Stéphan Durand
Christophe Stéphan Durand is a painter and director.
After 4 years of training in drawing and painting and Paul Valéry University and graduated from the Cinema department in 1997, he directed his first short film "THE DIVE". Then he moved to PARIS to work as a director on broadcast events such as "Le SIDACTION", "LE MANGA FILM FESTIVAL de PARIS" at La Cité des Sciences-La Vilette and worked on various films as an assistant . In 2005, the "EICAR" International Cinema School ask him to management one of their departments. Two years later, he decided to move to London, where NESSMA TV hired him as a director to manage TV shows at TUNIS. A year later, he directed "Le secret d'Yvette" with Mélanie Bernier, Jean Michel Portal ... In 2009, he moved to New York to work as creative director in an art gallery. He has also worked on numerous projects as a director on live shootings of Chinese operas at Columbia Theater and documentaries or trailer editor for an American film "the duel" of a production by Donald Rosenfeld and a movie of Alain Cloarec THE GOLDEN RAM.
In January 2013, Christophe Durand was director of TV advertising films at MONTREAL CA.
In 2015, he decided to quit advertising to devote himself fully to plastic art and open his workshop in Montpellier Fr.
